Managed Services packages are available in three different service tiers – Standard, Essentials (Support), and Monitoring – allowing enterprises to customize their support by selecting whether they need monitoring, incident and change management, or both, and then scaling the package to match the number of automations being supported. The Monitoring package includes standard dashboards to provide real-time insights into critical metrics like license utilization, business and technical exceptions, run schedules, work volumes, and average processing times. With the Essentials, or Support package, the client receives a dedicated team to support their desired automations, utilizing a strategic blend of onshore and offshore Accelirate ROC resources to provide highest quality services in a cost-effective manner.
