Replacing Internal Workflow Silos with AI Agents and UiPath Maestro Automation
Before working with Accelirate, TLF Graphics faced significant bottlenecks due to manual processes in AP Invoice Processing, PO Entry, and managing workflows with Label Traxx. Their previous vendor failed to address these challenges effectively, causing delays and frustration. TLF also struggled with siloed processes across different departments, including Finance and IT, leading to inconsistent handling of tasks and errors.
Accelirate solved this by leveraging UiPath’s AI-driven tools to automate and streamline critical workflows, overcoming integration challenges and significantly improving operational efficiency.
01 - Automated Workflow Trigger via Label Traxx Integration
The automation was triggered through TLF’s existing systems, including Label Traxx, which didn’t have
API integrations. Accelirate utilized Computer Vision to enable automation with this tool, removing manual entry barriers.
02 - Smart Classification and Routing by AI Agents
AI Agents automatically classified tasks (such as AP Invoice Processing and PO Entry) and routed them to the correct processes, removing manual sorting and reducing errors.
03 - Seamless Integration with UiPath’s Tools
Accelirate deployed UiPath’s tools, including Orchestrator and Computer Vision, to automate previously manual steps, enabling smooth integration with Label Traxx and simplifying complex processes.
04 - Exception Categorization and Issue Assignment
AI Agents categorized and assigned issues—such as business, system, or credential errors—to the appropriate internal departments, ensuring quick resolution and better traceability.
05 - Escalation Pathway for Critical Failures
For critical failures, automation included an escalation path, ensuring timely intervention by the relevant department. This reduced delays and ensured processes remained on track.
06 - Continuous Feedback for Process Optimization
After initial successes, internal advocates for automation grew, and TLF’s departments began requesting additional automation for other processes, such as accounts payable and receivable, improving overall productivity.
07 - Real-Time Reporting and Process Updates
Automation also streamlined reporting, providing real-time insights into process status, exceptions, and bottlenecks. This increased visibility and enabled faster decision-making.
