How Managed Services Works
Along with scalable managed services, clients will receive standard dashboards, monthly activity and utilization reports, capacity review an future package planning before package renewal. The Managed Services package pods were designed to be stacked to accommodate the necessary number of bots the organization desires services for and all contracts can be executed via monthly payment annual plans.
Pod Model and Coverage
With an Accelirate Robotic Operations Center (ROC) Managed Services Pod, the client will have a dedicated team to monitor and support the desired automations. By blending onshore and offshore trained resources, the ROC is able to provide full 24×7 coverage and make corrections to bot errors immediately as needed.
